Our control panel services
We design the control philosophy and logic (or use what you’ve supplied) to design and build your control panel - including writing PLC (programmable logic controller) software that ensures your control panel does what you need it to. The PLC’s we use are of the highest quality from brands ABB or Allen-Bradley.
When you contact us to design a new control panel, we’ll start by conducting a survey of your facility to learn exactly what you require. We’ll then give you a quote, and if accepted we’ll create a ‘principle design’, including 3D CAD drawings. After any required amendments, we’ll create a detailed design to work from, then build your control panel in-house and conduct a ‘factory acceptance test’ (FAT). This includes a series of tests to make sure the equipment is functioning correctly in accordance with your requirements, before we deliver it to your facility.
After successful 'Factory Acceptance Testing' (FAT) we’ll install your new control panel and conduct a ‘Site Acceptance Test’ (SAT), which will show the equipment is installed correctly, and working as expected.
Remote Monitoring
Remote monitoring is available for all control panels – allowing you to control and monitor difficult-to-access areas easily, resulting in decreased maintenance and operating costs.
Retro-Fits
If you have older systems and need parts that are no longer available, we can help you by removing obsolete parts and both sourcing and replacing them with new, up-to-date parts. Replacing Star-Delta starting systems with VSD, for example, results in less energy used and a more economical and environmentally friendly system.
Parts Obsolescence
In many other cases we can source and fit new parts when older parts wear out. We can then repair, restore, and service the components and return them to you, so you can keep them in stock. This increases the longevity of your installations and helps to solve obsolescence problems.
